Does Technical Analysis Work?
Technical analysis works on the principle that the current market price of the stock is discounted of all the information that is known to all the traders or a select few market participants who may have access to some privileged information.
When such activity from a select few participants takes place then it gets visible on the charts with cues from a sudden spike in volume, changing averages and other indicators that may signal.
Technical analysis is a skill that you can master by practising to forecast and patiently waiting for results. Maintaining patience is very important and you should be careful with trading in the short term.
