Expansion and Diversification

He is equally worried as to how would he arrange for more stock as he does not have enough producing capacity at home to produce more snacks each day. So he rents a small kitchen at a nearby place and hires 3 people to cook and pack these snacks. Now he is required to bear the expenses of rent of the kitchen and the salaries of these employees as his business expands.
